Ford Taunus (1979-1982)

Taunus is one of the oldest name among the models of cars produced by Ford's German. First appeared in 1939, and after the war German Fords until 1968, bore only the name of the Taunus. It was only later came the name: Escort, Capri and Granada. These are the names of the Ford car models, built as a British label. Taunus is the name used exclusively for the German Fords, coming from the mountains stretching to the north-western part of Germany. The described model is a modernized version of the Taunus model of 1970. First made its modernization in 1974, and the second in 1976 Body Basic exterior dimensions have hardly changed.
